Partnering with Turner Construction, North America’s number one builder, was instrumental in bringing our vision of a state-of-the-art headquarters to life. This endeavour exemplifies our “Everyday Extraordinary” philosophy, which guides our approach to creating spaces that prioritize the human experience. 

From its inception, this project demanded an intricate collaborative effort among Serein Properties and Turner Construction. Our mission was clear: to construct a headquarters that not only serves as a hub for innovation and collaboration but also reflects our unwavering dedication to designing spaces with the human experience at the forefront. By embracing Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and 3D modelling, every detail was meticulously planned and executed, ensuring seamless alignment among all parties to create an extraordinary space. 

Our headquarters allowed us to underscore the paramount importance of understanding and enhancing the human experience. Our collaboration with Turner Construction extended beyond technical execution to create a space that resonates deeply with those who use it daily. Tuner Construction’s expertise in tenant improvement projects and its commitment to leveraging advanced technology played a pivotal role in realizing our vision.
