Nestled in the vibrant heart of downtown Vancouver, Serein Properties proudly introduces its new headquarters at the Bosa Waterfront Centre, a state-of-the-art AAA office building. This space is a testament to human-centric design and the power of collaboration with McKinley Studios.

Our new headquarters transcends the conventional workplace, evoking emotion and fostering creativity. Every element within our headquarters is a piece of art in itself – from the sculptural furniture to the expansive use of glass that floods the space with natural light and offers stunning city views.

Partnering with McKinley Studios, renowned for their collaborative nature and cutting-edge architectural design, we embarked on creating a space that embodies our philosophy of “Everyday Extraordinary.” With a modern, artist-led approach, the entire office is crafted as a sculptural garden, featuring a thoughtfully designed meeting room that acts as a central feature, showcasing the intricacies of collaborative work.

“Human-centric design is about humans working together,” shares Walker McKinley, Principal Architect of McKinley Studios. “It’s reinforced the idea that collaborating and working together is really important. And in contemporary culture, that happens in offices.”

The design journey began with the collaborative idea that a space could be more than a workplace; it could act as a catalyst for connection, creativity, and collaboration. This vision is evident throughout the space, highlighted by Shirley Weibe’s “Rain from a cloudless sky” artwork, which serves as both a visual focus and a source of inspiration. Every detail of the space is a sculptural intervention that brings people together.

Our headquarters reflects our commitment to human-centric design, emphasizing the importance of creating spaces that prioritize individuals’ needs and well-being. The layout encourages interaction with communal areas designed to foster collaboration.
